Hotline on intelligence share to benefit Indo-Pak

Intelligence sharing is good…imagine that.

A hotline between Pakistan and India on intelligence sharing will benefit the two countries and help tackle terrorism, Federal Information and Broadcasting Minister Sherry Rehman said on Thursday.

Addressing a press conference at the Pakistan High Commission, she condemned the terrorist attacks in Mumbai, adding that Pakistan itself was the victim of terrorism and extremism and was interested in jointly working with the regional countries to overcome this problem. The minister hoped that Mumbai attacks would not be a setback to Indo-Pak relations and both countries would continue their dialogue on confidence-building measures. (Daily Times)
