Up to 24 More People Reportedly Wanted, Transit Tightens Security in Terror Probe
“Police in New York City increased forces and random searches on subways and buses Wednesday, following reports that officials are seeking as many as 24 more people in a suspected cross-country terror plot.
There were also rumors of ‘raids’ of public storage centers in the region, but the NYPD and the FBI wouldn’t publicly confirm them.
The FBI/DHS issued bulletins earlier this week warning cops around the country to watch mass transit, stadiums, warehouses with rentable storage units and hotels for any unusual activity.”
